TEKFRAME

Tekframe is the latest addition to the Tekbuilt range of products.

Tekframe offers an engineered designed steel roof truss and or wall frame that are suitable for many applications in residential homes and commercial buildings.

Tekframe is created through the use of the worldwide renowned FrameMaster steel roll forming system. FrameMaster is a process where your house plans are entered into a computer program which then engineers the size and layout of the steel framing. The computer program than controls the high quality steel roll forming machine which rolls and cuts the steel to accurate lengths. The steel components are then assembled into framing and ready for shipment to site. Should you require special penetrations in the framing to run electrical wiring or plumbing pipes, the FrameMaster automatically cuts these openings.

For that added strength and durability, Tekframe manufacturers it’s framing using quality steel, roll formed into a larger 90mm section. This larger section allows greater strength to resist the forces Mother Nature sends us.

There are endless possibilities for cladding systems which can be used on the Tekframe’s steel framing. Common external claddings for steel frames buildings are brick, timber weatherboard, fibre cement sheet or lining boards, or corrugated steel sheet. Internally the walls can be lined with plasterboard or timber paneling, but these are by no means the only options.
